Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of Tila Jewels and any order you place with us.
Placing an order
Submitting an order through this site creates a request, not a completed sale. Your order is recorded and then confirmed with you directly over WhatsApp or Instagram. No payment is taken online; payment terms are agreed with you at confirmation.
Pricing
Prices are shown in Indian Rupees and are the prices in effect at the time you place your order. Your order records the item names and prices as they were at that moment, and those are the terms we honour for that order.
Availability & confirmation
All orders are subject to availability and to our confirmation. We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order — for example if an item is no longer available — in which case you will not be charged.
Payment verification
After you place your order, you will be asked to pay via UPI and upload a screenshot of your payment as proof. Our team manually verifies every payment before your order is confirmed — this is usually quick, but may take some time. If we are unable to verify your payment, or the details you submit do not match, we will contact you directly on WhatsApp or phone to resolve it. If the issue cannot be resolved, your order will be cancelled and no goods will be dispatched. You are welcome to contact our team at any time with questions about your payment or order status.
Product representation
As each piece is handcrafted, minor variations in finish, weight, and stone are natural and expected. Photographs are representative; colours may vary slightly by screen.
About our products
Tila Jewels sells fashion jewellery. Our pieces are not made of precious metal, are not hallmarked, and are not sold as gold, silver or platinum. Any reference to gold on this site describes the colour and finish of a design, never the material. Pieces are intended for personal fashion wear, and their finish is not permanent — with normal use and care it will change over time. See our Care Guide for how to get the most from it.
